Company number NO000150 was registered in June 1993 as an Industrial and Provident Society Company.

The common bond is for the benefit of the membership of The Orange Order District their families and friends.
The operations and management of the credit union has been carried out by volunteers since it was begun and based on mutual principles.
They don’t benefit anybody other than their members and their members community.
Whilst the records show as an active credit union the historical society would like someone to update the history of the credit union.
