Whilst the records show as an active credit union with the company number NO000105 and the registration in December 1987

The operations and management of the credit union was carried out by volunteers from the beginning.
Membership is for members of The Orange Order District their families and friends. There is no further written detailed history of the credit union.
Since then the Credit Union has offered people a friendly way to save and borrow. They offer a service for their members and over the years have allowed them to save and borrow at an affordable rate.
