From humble beginnings the credit union has grown to and has given over all the years of service to the local community.

The Credit Union has offered people a friendly way to save and borrow. The service is for local people and over the years local people have taken advantage to save and borrow at affordable rates.

The Common Bond has been extended wider afield, to areas which were not already being served by any other credit union.

Whilst the records show as an active credit union there is no further written detailed history of the credit union. So, if someone would like to update then please let us know.
