Hamilton Road Credit Union

Initially set up as a savings group and became a Limited Company number NO00138 in Norther Ireland regulations as an Industrial and Provident Society Company.

The credit union was formed in February 1991 by members of Bangor District L.O.L. 18

Membership of the credit union is open to members of the Loyal Orange Orders within Bangor District, and their families. Members of Lodges Groomsport, Ballyrobert, Conlig, Crawfordsburn, Ballykeel and, Bangor Orange Hall. Membership including juniors is around 600.  

The Aims of the Credit Union remain the same, namely; SAVE regularly, BORROW wisely, PAY BACK promptly.

Open 10:00 am till 1:00 pm on Wednesdays 2:30 pm till 8:00 pm on Friday evenings for shares lodgements and loan repayments
