The Credit Union has had success upon success year on year and is continuing to expand, bringing benefits to an increasing number of the local community.

The credit union operates a School Saver Club in local primary schools which has proved to be a very successful way of encouraging children to save.
The Credit Union saw significant growth over those years, so much so the Directors decided to open premises to accommodate the credit union. a shop front located at 48 Union Street.
The introduction of computer systems in 2005 increased the management and monitoring tools available to the Board and Staff to improve even further their management of the Credit Union.
In 2007 a dividend of 2.5 per cent coupled with loan interest rebate of 20 per cent was returned to members.
