Benburb and Killyman Districts Credit Union

Was founded June 1991 and has its registered office in Dungannon Co Tyrone. Registered with the Company number No000131 under the Industrial and Provident Society.

From then they continue to provide the “core” services of Savings and Loans to members. The operations and management of the credit union is carried out by volunteers.

The common bond is for members of The Orange Order District their families and friends.

They don’t benefit anybody other than their members and their members ‘communities.

Big changes took place when Northern Ireland credit unions come under the Financial Conduct authority in 2012.

Early 2019 they presented a cheque for £1050 to a volunteer with Northern Ireland Air Ambulance from their Christmas raffle in 2018. People helping People!!
