Registered in December 2004 was originally serving people of Brentford and Isleworth.
In 2008 Hounslow Employees Credit Union was taken in allowing employees of the council to continue with credit union services.
From those humble beginnings the credit union has grown by extending the common bond to include anyone that either lives or works in the London Boroughs of Hounslow, Richmond, Wandsworth, Kingston upon Thames and the Spelthorne District Council area in Surrey.
The Credit Union offers a Junior Saver Account where parents can start saving for their children until their 18 birthday and then pass the account over to them.
Payroll Deduction agreements are in place with a number of employers.
The Engage Pre-Paid debit card availed as a member can be loaded with member’s savings withdrawals or loans if and when required
The credit union is in partnership with “Credit Union Solutions” who administer all member services and accounts.
