The credit union was set up as a saving club for residents in the area with company number 525C and registered in January 1998.
They meet on a Tuesday and Friday morning at 11pm in the local Cafe at Broadway, Wednesday morning at Oak Tree Court and Thursday morning at Colburn Library.
This group is run by a friendly group of volunteers who conduct the business at these locations. There is no further written detailed history of this group, so if someone would like to update then please let us know.
